Only the Visa Applications Centers listed on this website are officially authorized by the Consulates General of Greece in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Novorossiysk to receive and forward to the said Consulates applications for Schengen visas. Be aware of fake websites and offices that appear to offer the same services. Applications coming from non-accredited visa offices will not be accepted by any of our Visa Application Centers operating in Russia.

The Visa Application Centers for Greece in Moscow, Novorossiysk, St. Petersburg and Ekaterinburg are currently operational. The VACs for Greece in Arkhangelsk, Krasnodar, Murmansk, Petrozavodsk, Pskov and Rostov-on-Don resume operations on the 19th of April 2021 and the VACs in Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk and Samara resume operations on the 21st of April 2021. The VACs for Greece accept only applicants that have booked an appointment online. You should book your appointment here. All the other Visa Application Centers for Greece in Russia will remain closed until further notice. Following guidelines and best practices recommended by health and governmental authorities, in order to minimize any extra health related risks, applicants are required to avail of the courier service for the return of their passport. According to the official announcement of the Consulates General of Greece in Russia, all individuals entering Greece, before boarding, must present a negative molecular COVID-19 (using the PCR method) test result in English language, which must be carried out in a medical laboratory, has been performed within the last 72 hours prior to arrival to Greece and contains the passenger’s name, surname and travel document number (passport number). Additionally, all individuals must fill out their Passenger Locator Form (PLF) online within the last 48 hours before entering the country. For more information regarding the PLF please click here. All travelers will undergo a rapid test for antigen detection upon their arrival in Greece and must observe a 7-day strict preventive self-isolation (quarantine) if they enter until May 14th, 2021.They can be exempted from the quarantine only if they have completed their vaccination 14 days before their departure. Kindly be advised that the Moscow VAC will be operational according to regular schedule during public holidays on the 3rd of May and on the 10th of May. Additionally, the Moscow VAC will operate on Saturday the 24th of April and on Saturday the 15th of May from 09:00 until 15:00 accepting applicants upon appointment under “Premium Lounge Service” at an additional cost of 70 € per application.
