Booking appointments online using our website or through our Call Center is free for individuals and authorized Travel Agents. Facilitators attempting to sell appointments for visa applications are not authorized nor affiliated with GVCW.

Only GVCW’s Visa Applications Centers listed on this website are officially authorized by the Embassy of Greece in Moscow to assist applicants wishing to travel to Greece and to the Schengen territory. Any other entity is not recognized by the Embassy and any transaction between applicants and those entities will lead to the applicant paying twice for the service fee.
